Rebecca Rowe

Ms. Rowe loves the espresso and cannoli of upstate New York, the queso and margaritas of Texas, and the banana pudding and bourbon of Virginia – all the places that she has called home. She holds degrees from SUNY Geneseo, Texas A&M, and VCU and is proud of her state school pedigree. Ms. Rowe has more than 20 years of experience (is that a typo? somebody check that math) in Community and Economic Development, Housing, Historic Preservation, and Planning and a passion for place based economic development and supporting local businesses. She lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband of 22 years (again, that math can’t be right) and a collection of hound dogs and pit bulls – just four short blocks away from her parents – and also serves on the City of Richmond Planning Commission.
