WAHN Mentorship Program: Lift as You Climb
At the Women’s Affordable Housing Network, we believe in the power of connection. Our Mentorship Program pairs women across the affordable housing industry to support one another through guidance, encouragement, and shared experience. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting your career, this program is designed to foster meaningful relationships that build confidence, leadership, and community. Ready to grow, give back, or both? Join the movement—there’s a place for you here.
Our goal: To help participants grow professionally and network through recurring meetings with a mentor.
Expectations:
Meet with their mentor and mentee will meet in person, by phone, by video chat, or by email, and complete some kind of professional activity at least 4 times during the 1-year mentorship commitment.
