Texas WAHN-DFW Happy Hour

Happy New Year! This is a friendly reminder to RSVP here for the Texas chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN)’s first Dallas-Fort Worth regional event on Thursday, January 11 from 6-7:30pm at Sports and Social Bar at Texas Live (1650 E. Randol Mill Road Arlington, TX 76011). Our goal is to welcome as many WAHN members and perspective members as possible in the DFW region to this BYOB happy hour. Please distribute to your networks widely.
We’ll also collect donations to support The Samaritan Inn which is doing great work to house individuals experiencing housing insecurity in North Texas. Below are ways to contribute:
- Make a one-time or recurring monthly donation of any amount – please note during checkout you’re donating for WAHN!
- Purchase an Amazon wish list item – please note during checkout you’re donating for WAHN!
- Bring a non-food wish list item to the happy hour on 1/11. I will transport all donations to The Samaritan Inn. In addition to what is online, The Samaritan Inn has requested cleaning products:
- Windex, Multipurpose cleaner, Floor cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Shower cleaner, Dusting spray, Swiffers, Brooms, and Dustpans
