This is the 23rd Annual Conference and Trade Show of the GA Affordable Housing Coalition. With informative speakers, exciting panel discussions, joint sessions for development, construction and management interests, this annual meeting of Georgia’s affordable housing industry is a must-attend for anyone connected with the development of affordable housing. This year, GAHC will be holding a Developer’s Bootcamp for attendees who may be new to the industry or anyone who might benefit from discussions with topics ranging from real estate principles to the development process to finance to messaging. In addition, DCA will be offering a Compliance 101 training to anyone interested in learning the basics of how to get and keep a LIHTC property in compliance.
