Paige Gentry

Ms. Gentry is the deputy general counsel of a public housing authority in Maryland, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional issues related to affordable housing and community development issues. She previously worked as an attorney at Klein Hornig and Nixon Peabody, representing equity investors, lenders, and developers on issues relating to affordable housing, renewable energy and community economic development. She received her JD from Duke Law School and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College. Prior to law school, Ms. Gentry worked with a community economic development corporation in Oregon to develop a community land trust. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy going on hikes with their daughter.
