Mollye Liu

Mollye Liu is an urbanist and community advocate based in New York City, with a strong commitment to affordable housing development. Currently serving on the Bronx Pro Group’s development team, Mollye manages affordable housing and supportive housing development projects, contributing to meeting the needs of underserved communities. Previously, Mollye collaborated with Manhattan Community Board 7 on developing current affordable housing inventories and proposing recommendations to related stakeholders. Additionally, Mollye is actively involved in community initiatives aimed at addressing housing challenges and engaging for Community Land Trust, public space, and resiliency. Before moving to the US, Mollye had experience working with urban planning institutes, real estate developers, and consulting firms in China. Mollye holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from China.
