Esmeralda Montalvo – Women's Affordable Housing Network

Esmeralda Montalvo has a seasoned 19-year history in the affordable housing industry. Currently serving as an Assistant and Marketing Coordinator for Affordable Housing at Coats Rose in Houston, Texas, Esmeralda plays a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of marketing and community engagement.

Esmeralda’s responsibilities include the planning and execution of company functions, community activities, events, political fundraisers, educational programs and seminars. She has a keen eye for navigating opportunities, identifying and securing firm memberships in key industry organizations.

In addition to her role at Coats Rose, Esmeralda actively contributes to the affordable housing community through her involvement with the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers Conference Committee. Her commitment extends to leading the Events Committee for the Texas Chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network.

With her experience and multifaceted skills, Esmeralda stands as a driving force in the affordable housing sector, contributing significantly to both Coats Rose and WAHN.
