Ashley Stockton-Massie

Ashley has been in affordable housing development with Highmark Holdings, LLC since 2018. As Director of Real Estate Development, she leads the full cycle of development activities including acquisition, dispositions, financing using both 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Credits, rehab, new construction, and asset management of Highmark Holdings’ properties. Ashley has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $150 million in deal volume. Ashley also does consulting work during the preconstruction and acquisition phases with Enfield Management Company.

Prior to relocating to Nashville, Ashley worked as a Research Manager at CoStar Group in Washington, DC and as a multifamily intern at Grubb & Ellis (NKF) in Los Angeles, California. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication from Southeast Missouri State University and Master of Real Estate Development from Auburn University (War Eagle!).

Ashley serves on the NextUp Board of the Martha O’Bryan Center, one of Nashville’s oldest nonprofits, she is also a member of the Nashville Chapter of Urban Land Institute and a CCIM candidate.

Ashley is a proud “Army Brat” and has lived in 3 different countries. She is married to Andy Massie, together, they have one son and a dog named Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys driving backroads, is a self-proclaimed small town square enthusiast and has a goal of taking her son to every National Park by the time he graduates high school.
