Holly Douglas Schaumber – Women's Affordable Housing Network

Holly Douglas Schaumber is the founder of Holliday Development and a principal of Douglas Development in Greenville, South Carolina. Her primary focus is the development of new construction and rehabilitation of affordable multifamily housing using 9% tax credits and 4% tax-exempt bonds. Since 2011, Holly has co-developed more than 20 affordable housing communities across the Carolinas and Virginia totaling more than 1,200 units. She also serves in an asset management capacity overseeing a portfolio of more than 6,000 existing housing units throughout the Southeast, focusing on creative solutions to Year 15 challenges and the preservation of existing LIHTC communities.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
