Libba King

Libba serves as Greenville Housing Fund’s Vice President of Real Estate and Capital Markets. In this role, Libba leads and executes GHF’s real estate strategy and coordinates development partnerships and initiatives across the county, including those financed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). She also spends time on GHF’s Community Land Trust program, utilizing infill development to create and maintain affordable homeownership opportunities in Greenville’s Special Emphasis Neighborhoods.

Prior to joining GHF, Libba was an Associate with Pacolet Milliken, where, among other duties, she was responsible for guiding internal strategy around the creation and preservation of affordable housing in South Carolina. Before moving to Greenville, Libba was an Associate Manager in Acquisitions at Hudson Valley Property Group, a New York City-based Section 8 acquisition / redevelopment company. Libba’s career started at Goldman Sachs, where she was an Acquisitions Associate and Analyst in the Urban Investment Group. She holds both a BA and an MA from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

She is fortunate to serve as Sponsorship Board Chair of the South Carolina Women’s Affordable Housing Network. Specifically in Greenville, Libba serves on the Board of Jasmine Road and is an Investment Advisory Committee member at Abundance Capital.
