Natalie Swanson – Women's Affordable Housing Network

Natalie Swanson is an Acquisitions Manager at CAHEC. She joined the non-profit, Raleigh-based tax credit syndicator in 2020 to provide analytical support for both Low Income Housing (“LIHTC”) and New Markets Tax Credit (“NMTC”) projects. In her role, Natalie supports LIHTC developer partners through the originations and equity closing process and works closely with CAHEC New Markets to apply for and disburse NMTCs to community facilities in CAHEC’s footprint. She received her master’s degree of City and Regional Planning from UNC – Chapel Hill and her B.A. degree in English from Rice University.
