London Tessener – Women's Affordable Housing Network

London Tessener joined Ellinger & Carr, PLLC in April of 2023. At Ellinger & Carr, London represents municipal lenders as well as nonprofit and for-profit developers on their low-income housing tax credit projects. In addition to LIHTC projects, she also handles commercial real estate transactions, homeowner rehabilitation loans from municipalities, and she assists nonprofits with 501(c)(3) applications. London received her B.S. from Meredith College and her law degree from Campbell Law. At Campbell Law she was the Vice President of Women in Law. London joined the Board of Directors of NCWAHN in January 2024.
