Erin Mathern

Erin Mathern is a shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. She represents for-profit and non-profit developers with a focus on affordable, multifamily housing utilizing low-income housing tax credits and other forms of structured finance. Erin specializes in complex transactions involving a variety of funding sources including tax-exempt bonds, private equity, and agency and subordinate debt. Erin and her team have participated in the creation or rehabilitation of tens of thousands of units of affordable housing, creating favorable client outcomes that result in more, better housing for individuals and families. Erin also serves as Board Chair of Minnesota Housing Partnership, a non-profit dedicated to affordable housing research, policy, and capacity building.
