Caitlin Gossens

Caitlin Gossens is a Senior Commercial Banker in the Chase Community Development Banking Group’s Real Estate Lending division. She covers for-profit and non-profit clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, and her responsibilities include the origination and structuring of construction and permanent debt financing for the production and preservation of affordable housing. Since becoming a Commercial Banker in 2020, Caitlin has onboarded 25 new Bank clients and originated over $1 billion of construction financing, resulting in the development or preservation of over 5,500 units in the Mid-Atlantic (Pennsylvania through Georgia). Caitlin currently serves on the board of CAHEC Capital, Inc. and Women in Affordable Housing Network DMV Chapter, the GenerationHAND committee of HAND Housing, and as co-chair of the JPMorgan Chase Mid-Atlantic Women on the Move.

Prior to joining Chase, Caitlin worked at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Caitlin resides in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters.
