Andrea Waldrop

Andrea Waldrop brings over 20 years of invaluable experience to her role as the National Chief of Staff for the Women’s Affordable Housing Network (WAHN).

Before joining WAHN in 2023, Andrea played a pivotal role as a senior researcher, specializing in real estate valuation and counseling. Her extensive experience in this field involved close collaboration with legal professionals, where she meticulously researched deeds and commercial property sales. Andrea’s expertise proved instrumental in the preparation of exhibits for hearings and trials related to eminent domain cases. Her multifaceted role also included bookkeeping, record keeping, fee allocation management, and serving as a communication liaison for public sector accounting departments.

With a robust background as an information systems research analyst and consultant, Andrea seamlessly transitioned into the technical realm of IT systems. Her responsibilities encompassed providing technical support for internal software and hardware, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in the dynamic field of information technology.

In her current capacity as the National Chief of Staff for WAHN, Andrea brings her technical knowledge of systems, coupled with a straightforward approach, has significantly contributed to WAHN’s operational efficiency. Serving as a bridge between the National office and local chapters, Andrea plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations. Her efforts are focused on refining processes, improving procedures, and ensuring that everyone within the organization can effectively contribute to WAHN’s mission.
