Part 1: Professional/Organizational

        • Support the advancement of women in their careers, including through mentorship and encouraging them to seek opportunities and promotions.
        • Advocate for women's voices to be heard in meetings and within the organization at large.
        • Commit to not organizing or serving on all-male panels.
        • Prioritize contracting with women-owned businesses.
        • Participate in efforts to promote transparency in compensation.
        • Ensure social and networking activities are inclusive for all participants.
        • Avoid assigning administrative tasks, such as note-taking, based on gender assumptions.

        • Make intentional efforts to learn about and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
        • Educate other men on the importance of gender equality and women's rights.
        • Be open to unlearning behaviors or beliefs that contribute to gender inequality.
