North Carolina WAHN (Virtual) Closing Strong, Opening Clear: A Year End Group Coaching Session
Closing Strong, Opening Clear: Join North Carolina Women’s Affordable Housing Network and Allison Pickett, Executive Coach and Founder of Amplify, to reflect on your growth over the past year. Pickett brings over 20 years of strategy, talent, leadership development and executive recruiting experience to serve a global community of executive, corporate and nonprofit clients. During the session, she will share how to crystallize valuable lessons and begin to identify how your deepest values and priorities are evolving for 2026. The session will incorporate mindfulness practices specifically designed to restore greater calm to the end of this year and to begin the new year with clarity, renewed energy, and intentional purpose. This session will also offer take home materials to help you carry your insights forward into meaningful action in the new year.
