About the Project
Developed by EAH Housing, On Broadway features 140 affordable apartments across two buildings, along with neighborhood-serving commercial space, resident amenities, and strong transit access near the Broadway light rail station. The community also includes 37 permanent supportive housing units integrated throughout the property.
EAH Housing’s Project Manager, Gabriela Jauregui, and Business Development Manager, Nur Kausar, will share insights into the project vision, financing, development process, challenges, and community impact.
