Anna Scallet

Anna Scallet recently returned to Enterprise Housing Credit Investments as a Director on the Credit team where she evaluates risk-related issues for affordable rental housing investments, working collaboratively for better outcomes throughout the acquisition, underwriting, and closing processes. Prior to this role, Anna served with the Development Finance Division at the District of Columbia’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) where she underwrote housing developments supported by federal and local gap financing and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and managed policy updates and solicitation processes.

Anna holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. She is originally from Milwaukee, WI, and now lives in Washington, DC. She enjoys reading, hiking, and trying to keep up with her two young sons.

Kristin Chalmers

Kristin Chalmers is a Vice President, Senior Underwriter with the Affordable Housing Group at Berkadia. Kristin has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing, economic development, and finance having worked in various roles in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Berkadia, Kristin served as a Senior Underwriter and Director of Multifamily Lending at the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (“DCHFA”) where she underwrote and oversaw the agency’s pipeline of affordable housing developments within the District of Columbia. Prior to DCHFA, Kristin worked at the U.S. Department of Treasury where she created the departments first ever risk share program with HUD to support affordable housing throughout the country. While at the Department of Treasury, Kristin served as the primary liaison between HFAs, banks, and other stakeholders involved in the creation and preservation of affordable multifamily projects through participation in the HUD-542 Risk Share Program.

Kristin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.

Reshma Holla

Reshma Holla recently joined Enterprise Community Development (ECD) as Vice President, Development Strategy and Impact. A new leadership position at ECD, this role is helping support and drive the sustainable impact of ECD real estate development efforts by focusing on department systems, processes, and policies. A division of Enterprise Community Partners, ECD is a leading affordable housing developer in the Mid-Atlantic region and among the largest non-profit owners of affordable housing in the US.

Reshma has over 15 years of experience in housing, community, and economic development across the private and public sectors. Most recently, Reshma served as the Deputy Manager of the Development Finance Division at the District of Columbia’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Prior to joining DHCD, Reshma was a Vice President and Senior Development Manager for Telesis Corporation, a social impact-focused real estate company. Reshma holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pamela Lee

Pam serves as Development Director where she provides direction throughout all aspects of the development process, from inception and financing to construction completion. Her responsibilities include acquisition, entitlement, design, financing, construction, and lease-up. Prior to joining NHPF, Pam was at EYA, a townhome developer focused on new construction and mixed-income projects, and at Telesis, managing LIHTC projects across the country.

Pam’s experience in development is augmented by her background in housing finance policy, at HUD and FHA, and at the Urban Institute. Pam holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Harvard, and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She is on the board of directors at Greater Greater Washington and is active in ULI Washington.

Molly McCafferty

Molly McCafferty, CPA, is an assurance partner with CohnReznick based out of Bethesda, MD. CohnReznick is a top-15 public accounting firm providing tax, assurance and advisory in affordable housing and beyond. Molly has over 10 years of experience specializing is in the affordable housing industry and she has worked with real estate developers and syndicators in low-income housing, historic, and new market tax credits. She has extensive knowledge on deals from a project’s inception through credit qualification, operations and dissolution. She is also well versed in the hotel industry, working with both lodging management companies and owners from development through operations.

Molly grew up in western Massachusetts and relocated to Washington, DC where she earned her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting at American University. She continues to be very active with her alma mater and serves on their Accounting Advisory Board. In her personal life, she loves to travel with her husband and young son, attend as many MLB games as possible and is also a secretly good hairdresser which her family loves to take advantage of!

Alexandria Alves

Alexandria Alves is currently a Vice President and Underwriting Team Lead for GSE Underwriting at Merchants Capital. With a career focused on agency multifamily finance, Alexandria brings extensive expertise in agency credit policy, real estate underwriting, and risk assessment. Based in Washington, DC, she leads a team responsible for managing and underwriting complex affordable housing transactions financed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Her experience in affordable housing programs includes Immediate and Forward Tax-Exempt Loans, MTEBs, Non-LIHTC, and preservation transactions.

Prior to joining Merchants Capital, Alexandria spent five years at Newmark as Vice President and Senior Underwriter on the Debt and Structured Finance team, where she underwrote Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans nationwide.

Alexandria holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and wellness activities.

Keme Arigbe

With a foundation in strategic communications and visual design, Keme Arigbe brings a multidisciplinary lens to public relations and mission-driven storytelling. She offers a thoughtful perspective grounded in both creative insight and strategic execution.

She currently serves as the Public Relations Associate at the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA). Her previous roles span from design innovation at IBM to external communications at the D.C. Public Service Commission.

Keme is a graduate of Howard University and earned a B.A in Strategic Communications with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design. Outside of her professional commitments, she finds balance through tennis and the arts.

Rebecca Ely

Ms. Rebecca Ely joined Operation Pathways, a Subsidiary of the NHP Foundation (NHPF) in 2023. In her role as Director of Resource Development, Ms. Ely is responsible for the overall development and implementation of all funding initiatives of Operation Pathways. She works closely and in cooperation with the Office of External Affairs of the NHP Foundation, to elevate Operation Pathways recognition nationally and develop sustainable funding relationships. She will also work site-based resident services staff across the country with local funding initiatives.

Ms. Ely has extensive management and fundraising experience in the non-profit sector and a strong record of success in raising funds through annual funds, grants, corporate sponsorships, and major gifts. Having served as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Jubilee Housing for five years, she elevated the organizations brand and profile, increased the budget by $1M, and raised a combined $13M for impact investment funds to acquire new properties. Ms. Ely also brings an MBA in Human Services from Brandeis’ Heller School of Social Policy and Management.

Aside from her professional experience, Ms. Ely can be found cheering for her two teenage boys on the sidelines of lacrosse fields and basketball courts or walking their beloved dog, Casper. She is also a member of Leadership Greater Washington’s Class of 2021.

Paige Gentry

Ms. Gentry is the deputy general counsel of a public housing authority in Maryland, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional issues related to affordable housing and community development issues. She previously worked as an attorney at Klein Hornig and Nixon Peabody, representing equity investors, lenders, and developers on issues relating to affordable housing, renewable energy and community economic development. She received her JD from Duke Law School and has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College. Prior to law school, Ms. Gentry worked with a community economic development corporation in Oregon to develop a community land trust. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy going on hikes with their daughter.

Autumn Leatham

Autumn Leatham is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead at City First Bank. Leatham who is based in Washington DC, assist in managing the commercial banking team in addition to focusing on the strategic growth and development of the commercial banking client portfolio.

Leatham has spent the majority of her career in the financial services and nonprofit sectors, focusing on commercial real estate and community development lending. Prior to joining City First Bank, she was a senior lead Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Community Lending and Investment Group covering the Greater Washington Area. While at Wells Fargo, Leatham lead the debt product financing for construction and permanent financing of both ground-up development and the acquisition & rehabilitation of existing affordable housing properties. In addition to leading the deal structuring teams on transactions and monitoring LIHTC projects from construction through stabilization.

Before that Leatham was at Bank of America in their Commercial Real Estate Community Development Banking Group. While there she was responsible for coordinating the delivery of Community Development Banking products and services to developers and focused on Low-income and Historic Tax Credit Investment as well as Charter School facilities financing. Leatham began her career at PNC Bank as an Investment Advisor in their Wealth Management group, and then spent time working for a large Charter School network in the Washington DC area.

Throughout her career, Leatham has developed a high-level expertise for procuring and cultivating relationships. Beyond her professional work, Leatham has volunteered with several non-profit organizations that align closely with her passions. Autumn is a proud graduate of Hampton University, and lives in Bethesda MD with her husband and daughter.
