WAHN Ally Award

We lost a beloved ally recently, and in his honor, WAHN created the James Cromartie Active Ally Award.   This award recognizes allies in the Affordable Housing industry who uphold the ideals James’ embodied throughout his life.  His wife Jill created a video to describe more about James, and you can check it out here:

2023 Active Ally Award Winner, Hugh Martinez

We’re excited to share that Hugh Martinez, Vice President of Development at WPH Holdings, LLC, was selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2023 WAHN Active Ally Award (in honor of James D. Cromartie)! 

This award recognizes individuals who have shown unwavering commitment to making the workplace more equitable, a dedication to continuous learning, and the courage to take action, such as calling out bias and creating a safe space for women.
